Shipping Information

All shipments are picked up Monday - Friday at 2pm by NZ Couriers or Aramex Couriers from our premises at 364 Jackson Street, Petone, Lower Hutt.

Shipping costs are subsidised by us but certain items are far too bulky to be packaged with other items. Each 25KG sack of grain costs an additional $10 to courier see here for details. Wort Packs have their own shipping charges which are separate to the charges below.

Apart from these exceptions, shipping is free for any order within the North Island over $150 and within the South Island for any order over $200.

$4.00 for orders between $100 and $150 to the North Island

$4.00 for orders between $150 and $200 to the South Island

$8.00 for orders between $75 and $100 to the North Island

$8.00 for orders between $100 and $150 to the South Island

$10.00 for orders under $75 to the North Island

$12.00 for orders inder $100 to the South Island

The above shipping charges will be automatically added to your invoice before checkout.

We target a next day delivery to most addresses but two days is the norm for rural deliveries and deliveries to addresses in the South Island.

If the goods do not arrive to you in perfect condition, please feel free to refuse to accept the pckage. You will be refunded in full.

If, upon opening the package, you find the goods are below the standard you expect, contact us as soon as possible and we will organise a replacement or refund.
