I've been using this for mainly for colour, and found 200 - 250g for 23 litre brew adds a lovely orange/yellow brightness to pale ales. I've also used at much higher rate for darker English style ales and it gives a nice red depth. I've blended with other malts so can't give an accurate account of what it adds to flavour. The beers have been good though.
