Recipe kit for Hop Bursted Rye
This kit contains all of the grains, hops and yeast required to make a bloody good beer. I got the recipe on the back of an envelope from the good folks at the Sunshine Coast Brewery in Kunda Park. I've tweaked it a bit to hop burst and it's the best beer I've brewed.
You will need a basic All Grain brewery setup or a BIAB setup to use this recipe. The instructions below are for the standard All Grain methods but you can easily translate to BIAB.
This recipe assumes a brewhouse efficiency of 70%

Grains:
4.50Kg Gladfield American Ale
1.20Kg Gladfield Rye malt
.60Kg Gladfield Munich Malt
.25Kg Gladfield Medium Crystal
.20Kg Gladfield Vienna Malt
Mash in at 74.9 Cwith 17.60L water, rest for 60 min at 67C.
Sparge with 15L water at 75.6C
Preboil size should be 26L.
60 minute Boil
Hops:
50g Motueka at 15min
50g Nelson Sauvin at 10min
50g Pacifica at 5min
25g Nelson Sauvin at 1min
40g Each of Motueka, Pacifica and 20g Nelson Sauvin Dry Hopped for 5 days
