Clone Kit for Behemoth Something Hoppy IPA

Occasionally, one of the smaller less distinguished breweries come up with an absolute banger of a beer and for the unassuming Auckland brewery Behemoth, Something Hoppy is precisely that. Nothing subtle about this beer - 100% juicy American hopped IPA
You will need a basic All Grain brewery setup or a BIAB setup to use this recipe. The instructions below are for the standard All Grain methods but you can easily translate to BIAB.
This recipe assumes a brewhouse efficiency of 75%.
All recipes Contain Yeast nutrient and finings in either the 20min, 15 min or 10 min addition.

OG – 1.059 FG – 1.013
ABV: 5.9%
Grains:
5.05 kg Gladfields American Ale Malt
0.30 kg Baird's Light Cara
0.20 kg Best Malz Caramel Hell
Mash in at 72.4C with 20L water, rest for 75 min at 68.5C.
Sparge with 17L water at 75.6C
Preboil size should be 32L.
60 minute Boil
Hops:
15g Columbus at 60 min boil
50g Cascade and 30g Centennial at flame-out for a 20 minute Hop Stand
50g Citra, 50g Simcoe, 50g Centennial and 50g El Dorado Dry hop 4 days
Yeast:
2 x Safale US-05
