Clone Kit for Behemoth Something Hoppy IPA

This recipe was kindly shared by Andrew Childs from Behemoth Brewing.

Occasionally, one of the smaller less distinguished breweries come up with an absolute banger of a beer and for the unassuming Auckland brewery Behemoth, Something Hoppy is precisely that. Nothing subtle about this beer - 100% juicy American hopped IPA

You will need a basic All Grain brewery setup or a BIAB setup to use this recipe. The instructions below are for the standard All Grain methods but you can easily translate to BIAB.

This recipe assumes a brewhouse efficiency of 75%.
