Clone Kit for Abandoned Hazy 1 IPA
This recipe will be supplied with either Lallemand New England or M66 or Verdant
You will need a basic All Grain brewery setup or a BIAB setup to use this recipe. The instructions below are for the standard All Grain methods but you can easily translate to BIAB.
This kit contains all of the grains, hops and yeast required to make a clone of a famous in NZ beer.
This recipe assumes a brewhouse efficiency of 73%

ABV: 6.5%
Grains:
4.3 kg Gladfields American Ale Malt
1.0 kg Flaked oats
1.0 Kg Wheat Malt
0.20 kg Gladfield Supernova Malt
Mash in at 72C with 23.95L water, rest for 75 min at 65.6C.
Sparge with 14.95L water at 72C
Preboil size should be 28L.
75 minute Boil
Hops:
50g Citra, 50g Nelson Sauvin and 40g Mosaic at Whirlpool for 20 min
34g Citra, 34g Nelson Sauvin and 22g Mosaic dry hopped Day 2 for 8 days at high krausen
34g Citra, 34g Nelson Sauvin and 22g Mosaic dry hopped 4 days before bottling
Yeast:
2 x Lallemand Verdant IPA or New England or M66 Yeast (depending whats in stock)
