This batch was brewed with Nectaron, Citra and Centennial
OG is 1.054. Estimated FG using US-05 is 1.012 giving an ABV of about 5.4%
Malts: Gladfields American Ale, Toffee, Medium Crystal and Wheat.
Dry Hops: 40g Citra and 40g Nectaron
Included: 1 pack of Safale US-05 dry yeast or Lallemand BRY-97.

General Instructions:
1 - Sterilise your fermenter
2 - Pour the wort from the cube into the fermenter and stir / shake vigourously
3 - Pitch the yeast as per the instructions on the pack
4 - Ferment at the appropriate temperature (18C) until fermentation stops - about 2 weeks
5 - Add the dry hops to the fermenter as fermentation slows down - about day 6.
6 - Keg or bottle.
7 - Enjoy!!
