Clone Kit for Te Aro Brewing Tahi NZIPA
This kit contains all of the grains, hops and yeast required to make a clone.
You will need a basic All Grain brewery setup or a BIAB setup to use this recipe. The instructions below are for the standard All Grain methods but you can easily translate to BIAB.
COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"A hoppy and delicious NZ Indian Pale Ale made using all New Zealand Hops.
This recipe assumes a brewhouse efficiency of 70%
All recipes Contain Yeast nutrient and finings in either the 20min, 15 min or 10 min addition.

OG – 1.063 FG – 1.014
ABV: 6.5%
Mash in at 73.1C with 17.34L water, rest for 60 min at 67C.
Sparge with 15L water at 73.1C
Preboil size should be 26L.

6.2Kg Gladfield American Ale
.15kg Caramalt
.15kg Gladfield Light Crystal
.15kg Gladfield Medium Crystal
Hops:
15g Pacific Jade at 60 min
50g Rakau at 15 min
50g Wai-iti at whirlpool 15 min
40g Riwaka Dry hopped for 7 days
40g Wai-iti Dry hopped for 7 days

2 x Safale US-05
