COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
West Coast IPA with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, Brooklyn and Eureka (Oil). Annual release for The West Coast IPA Challenge
This kit contains all of the grains, hops and yeast required to make a clone of a famous beer.
You will need a basic All Grain brewery setup or a BIAB setup to use this recipe. The instructions below are for the standard All Grain methods but you can easily translate to BIAB.
This recipe assumes a brewhouse efficiency of 70%.

Depending on stock and hop availability at time of ordering we may have to substitute.
All recipes Contain Yeast nutrient and finings in either the 20min, 15 min or 10 min addition.

ABV: 6.8%
Grains:
5.60 kg Gladfields American Ale Malt
0.70 kg Gladfield Wheat Malt
0.30 kg Gladfiled Light Crystal Malt
0.20 kg Gladfield Gladiator Malt
0.10 kg Gladfield Medium Crystal Malt
Mash in at 73.1C with 17.99L water, rest for 60 min at 66C.
Sparge with 15L water at 75.6C
Preboil size should be 26L.
60 minute Boil
Hops:
10g Columbus at 60 min boil
25g Cascade and 25g Columbus at 20 min boil
15g Cascade and 15g Columbus at 10 min boil
20g Centennial and 20g Simcoe at 10 min boil
25g Amarillo, 25g Simcoe, 15g Centennial and 15g Columbus Dry hop 4 days

2 x Safale US-05
