Clone Kit for Te Aro Brewing Co. Double Dragon IIPA
This kit contains all of the grains, hops and yeast required to make a clone.
You will need a basic All Grain brewery setup or a BIAB setup to use this recipe. The instructions below are for the standard All Grain methods but you can easily translate to BIAB.

"Dragon APA's bigger brother. Juicy and unctuous with a great nose/flavour of pineapple, citrus and tropical fruits coming from bucket loads of hops."
This recipe assumes a brewhouse efficiency of 70%
All recipes Contain Yeast nutrient and finings in either the 20min, 15 min or 10 min addition.

6.44Kg Gladfield American Ale
.09kg Gladfield Wheat Malt
.09kg Gladfield Medium Cystal
.09kg Gladfield Toffee
Mash in at 74.9C with 17.48L water, rest for 75 min at 66C.
Sparge with 16L water at 75.6C
Preboil size should be 26L.
75 minute Boil
Hops:
20g Pacific Jade at 60 min
50g Falconers Flight at 15 min
0.46kg Table sugar at 15 min (self supplied)
60g Mosaic whirlpooled
25g Mosaic Dry hopped for 7 days
25g Falconers Flight Dry hopped for 7 days
30g Mosaic Dry hopped for 5 days
30g Falconers Flight Dry hopped for 5 days
