Recipe Kit Fullers ESB
A wonderfully drinkable interpretation of a classic English Special Bitter. Fullers ESB is a blend of four malts combined East Kent Goldings hops. The beer pours an attractive chestnut brown, with a cream coloured head.
This kit contains all of the grains, hops and yeast required to make a clone of an internationally famous beer.
You will need a basic All Grain brewery setup or a BIAB setup to use this recipe. The instructions below are for the standard All Grain methods but you can easily translate to BIAB.
This recipe assumes a brewhouse efficiency of 70%.

4.79 kg Maris Otter Ale Malt
0.42 kg Gladfield Ale Malt
0.19 kg Gladfield light crystal Malt
0.12 kg Galfield Dark Crystal
Mash in at 72.1C with 21.44L water, rest for 60 min at 66.7C.
Sparge with 19L water at 75.6C
Preboil size should be 26L.
60 minute Boil
Hops:
60g EKG at 60 min boil
30g EKG at 15 min boil
