Clone Kit for Te Aro Brewing Co. Dragon APA
This recipe will be supplied with Lallemand BRY97 yeast until further notice.
This kit contains all of the grains, hops and yeast required to make a clone.
You will need a basic All Grain brewery setup or a BIAB setup to use this recipe. The instructions below are for the standard All Grain methods but you can easily translate to BIAB.

COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"Classy American Pale Ale - Mosaic hops feature strongly on the nose. Tastes of tropical fruits and Tangerines. A sweet malty base counterbalanced by the hop bitterness"
This recipe assumes a brewhouse efficiency of 70%
All recipes Contain Yeast nutrient and finings in either the 20min, 15 min or 10 min addition.

5.40Kg Gladfield American Ale
.20kg Gladfield Wheat Malt
.20kg Gladfield Medium Cystal
.20kg Gladfield Toffee
Mash in at 73.1C with 15.65L water, rest for 60 min at 67C.
Sparge with 17L water at 75.6C
Preboil size should be 26L.
75 minute Boil
Hops:
8g Pacific Jade at 60 min
33g Falconers Flight at 15 min
50g Mosaic whirlpooled
40g Mosaic Dry hopped for 4 days
40g Falconers Flight Dry hopped for 4 days
