Clone Kit for Te Aro Brewing Grim Neaper NEIPA Hazy
You will need a basic All Grain brewery setup or a BIAB setup to use this recipe. The instructions below are for the standard All Grain methods but you can easily translate to BIAB.
This kit contains all of the grains, hops and yeast required to make a clone of an internationally famous beer.
This recipe assumes a brewhouse efficiency of 73% (due to the large amounts of oats).

4.75 kg Gladfield's American Ale Malt
1.25 kg Gladfield's Vienna
0.75 Kg Flaked Oats
0.50 kg Gladfield's Wheat Malt
Mash in at 71.4C with 25.91L water, rest for 60 min at 66.7C.
Sparge with 16L water at 75.6C
Preboil size should be 28L.
60 minute Boil
Hops:
10g Summit at 60 minutes
44g Citra at 10 min
66g Mosaic at 3 min
60g Amarillo Dry hopped at high krausen
80g Mosaic dry hopped 4 days before bottling

2 x Hazy Yeast
