This kit contains all of the grains, hops and yeast required to make a clone of an internationally famous beer.

This recipe assumes a brewhouse efficiency of 67% (due to the large amounts of oats).
All recipes Contain Yeast nutrient and finings in either the 20min, 15 min or 10 min addition.

Grains:
4.75 kg Gladfields American Ale Malt
1.25 kg Gladfield Vienna
0.75 Kg Flaked Oats
0.50 kg Gladfiled Wheat Malt
Mash in at 73.1C with 18.91L water, rest for 60 min at 66.7C.
Sparge with 15L water at 75.6C
Preboil size should be 26.29L.
75 minute Boil
Hops:
11g Vic Secret First wort hops
44g Citra at 10 min
66g Mosaic Whirpooled 10 min
60g Amarillo Dry hopped at high krausen
80g Mosaic dry hopped 4 days before bottling
