Clone kit for Te Aro Brewing Co. NZ Pale Ale
This recipe will be supplied with Lallemand BRY97 yeast until further notice.
This kit contains all of the grains, hops and yeast required to make a clone.
You will need a basic All Grain brewery setup or a BIAB setup to use this recipe. The instructions below are for the standard All Grain methods but you can easily translate to BIAB.

All recipes Contain Yeast nutrient and finings in either the 20min, 15 min or 10 min addition.

4.75Kg Gladfield American Ale
.25kg Gladfield Light Crystal
.25kg Gladfield Toffee
Mash in at 73.1C with 13.69L water, rest for 60 min at 67C.
Sparge with 17.38L water at 75.6C
Preboil size should be 25.81L.
60 minute Boil
Hops:
18g Cascade NZ at 30 min
48g Cascade NZ at 15 min
48g Nelson Sauvin at whirlpool
50g Cascade NZ Dry hopped for 4 days
25g Nelson Sauvin Dry hopped for 4 days
25g Motueka Dry hopped for 4 days
