Fresh Wort Pack - Kettle Soured Berliner Weisse

Average contents: 22L of 1.031 wort with a pH of 3.2

The ingredients are: Gladfield Pilsner and Wheat Malt, Mt Hood Hops, Lactobacillus.

Included is a packet of dry yeast, (Safale US-05).

Add fruit of your preference after fermentation straight into your fermenter and it will infuse and then drop to the bottom. Add fruit you like but what works is something tasty like Mango, berries, feijoa or even cucumber.


General Instructions:

1 - Sterilise your fermenter

2 - Pour the wort from the cube into the fermenter and stir / shake vigourously

3 - Pitch the yeast as per the instructions on the pack

4 - Ferment at the appropriate temperature until fermentation stops

5 - Add 0.5KG of fruit and condition to taste - minimum one week

6 - Keg or bottle.

7 - Enjoy!!
