Clone Kit for Te Aro Brewing Co. Weasel Juice West Coast IPA
This kit contains all of the grains, hops and yeast required to make a clone.
You will need a basic All Grain brewery setup or a BIAB setup to use this recipe. The instructions below are for the standard All Grain methods but you can easily translate to BIAB.
COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"Classic West Coast American IPA.
Fruity, dank IPA loaded with American Hops, this is an easy drinking beer using a load of late hop additions for minimal bitterness."
This recipe assumes a brewhouse efficiency of 70%
All recipes Contain Yeast nutrient and finings in either the 20min, 15 min or 10 min addition.

OG – 1.060 FG – 1.011
ABV: 6.5%
Grains:
5.30Kg Gladfield American Ale
.30kg Gladfield Wheat Malt
.30kg Table Sugar
Mash in at 71.4C with 21.6L water, rest for 60 min at 67C.
Sparge with 15L water at 75.6C
Preboil size should be 31L. About 5L of this will boil off.
75 minute Boil
Hops:
40g Cascade at 30 min
80g Simcoe at 10 min
100g Mosaic whirlpooled
80g Mosaic Dry hopped for 4 days
40g Simcoe Dry hopped for 4 days

2x US05
