0.28 Weyermann's Carafa II
0.28 Gladfield's Dark Crystal
0.28 Gladfield's Medium Crystal
0.28 Gladfield's Light Chocolate
0.14 Gladfield's Roast Barley
Mash in at 75.7C with 11.31L water, rest for 45 min at 69C.
Sparge with 18.85L water at 75.6C
Preboil size should be 26L.
60 minute Boil
Hops:
15g Pacific Jade at 60
35g Columbus at flame out
35g Columbus dry hop for 5 days
35g Centennial dry hop for 5 days
